Time for a change.
Well with the “big” competetive event of the year out of the way I am yearning for a bit of a change. Since the release of Mkii I have only played with my Khador and now I fancy something different.
Now I could look at another Warmachine faction, after all I do have some Cygnar, Menoth and Retribution. However I fancy something a bit more drastic, as such I am going to start playing Hordes!

Now I own pretty much everything that has been released for Skorne but none of it is painted, and only a little more is built. So What to paint first? Well that’s up to you…

Skorne beasts look amazing! you got some painting skills to make that more so. let’s see some Titans
Start with a solo until you’re happy with technique/colour scheme or else you’ll end up like me and have a warlock with a sub-par paintjob compared to your other stuff.
If you start with the Skorne troops you will never finish the army, they are a nightmare to paint and drain your very soul. The beasts are a hoot to paint though, so slap some paint on those first and save the infantry to last when you have the finish line in sight to push you through.
